Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Registration Policies

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited to space restrictions (max. of 8 to 9 participants per class)

Advanced registration is recommended for all programs. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

All registration is subject to availability. You will be notified if the program you have registered has been cancelled or rescheduled, if you provide a valid e-mail address or phone number.

In the event that the selected course/workshop is full, a wait list will be put in place.

Students on that list will be notified if space becomes available.

Registration Procedure

Registration can be made on line, or by email (downloading or printing/scanning) the on-line form.

Your registration is valid once full payment is made and processed.

Payment can be made either by etransfer, cheque, VISA or Master Card. (Secure online payments processed by Stripe)

Program Withdrawals

Notice of withdrawal from any of the Studio Experience courses, including Portfolio Development, must be received at least two weeks prior to the scheduled start date for a full refund.

All refunds will be processed and paid within 30 days upon receipt of withdrawal notice.

Refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start date of the course, will be considered on individual basis. Students will be offered to waive the payment to the following session.

In the event of withdrawals before the end of the Program, a refund will be issued for the balance of classes for which the student is registered.

Workshops are non-refundable. Students will have a credit having the option to either join another workshop or to come to a Studio Experience class depending on availability.

Program Cancellation

A full refund will be issued in the event of an emergency of my part, if the proposed classes\workshops cannot be rescheduled. Cancellations due to weather conditions will be notified by email, phone or text, and they will be rescheduled.

Make up classes

In the event that a student is unable to attend a class, make up classes will be offered on any of the dates when classes are scheduled upon availability.

Class Supplies & Materials

Materials are supplied for the Youth Studio Experience Program, for Portfolio Development and for some adult workshops. Adults are responsible for supplying their own materials.

In the event of a special technique, we can share the cost of materials within the group.

Students are welcome to store the paintings and materials in the studio while taking the art classes.

A material list will be provided to new students either on line or by email.
